FROM: Dr. Lori Wilcher, Mississippi CEC President-Elect, Conference Planner
You are invited…
Not just to present at a conference,
but to be part of something deeply intentional.
On behalf of the Mississippi Council for Exceptional Children, I invite you to submit a proposal to present at the 2026 MS CEC Annual Conference, held September 21–23, 2026 at the IP Casino Resort & Spa in Biloxi, Mississippi.
This year’s theme,
“An Exceptional Purpose: Education • Relationships • Service,”
is more than a title—it is a reflection of our shared calling.
Every session is designed to strengthen the knowledge, connections, and service that directly impact exceptional children, their families, and the stakeholders who support them.
We are seeking presenters who are ready to do more than share information—
we are seeking those who will engage, inspire, and equip others for meaningful impact.
We especially encourage proposals that elevate the voice and experience of parents and families, and highlight meaningful collaboration between families and professionals.
Presentation Details
- Session Length: 1 hour and 15 minutes
- Format: Interactive, practical, and aligned to conference theme
- Audience: Parents, educators, administrators, service providers, and stakeholders
