Objectives:

1. Developing art activities for young children that are sensory in nature.
2. Understanding that letting children experience the moment in art, not producing a finished art activity, is critical in an art experience for children.
3. Reviewing the teacher’s role in preparing for art in the classroom.
4. Discussing appropriate art materials for the different ages of young children.
