BEFORE CONTACTING US ABOUT CEUs …
With the end of the new semester and renewal season, there has been a significant increase in the number of applications received; our normal 100-150 applications per week (1-2 weeks processing time) has jumped to 350-400 applications a week (4-6 weeks processing time) since the first week of January. Know that we are doing our absolute best to get all applications processed in a timely manner!
Once a CEU application is processed, participants will receive a “registration confirmation” email from email@example.com, which is the notification/indication that the application has been processed. From there, the digital CEU will be available for download in the participant’s MS RESA Services account.
To see if the CEU has already been issued, please follow the below instructions:
- Login to your www.msresaservices.com account. Use the email address you received the registration confirmation form — do not create an account, as you already have one!
- Click on Registration History.
- IF THE EVENT IS IN YOUR REGISTRATION HISTORY: Click on the blue registration ID to the left of the event. From there, if the certificate has been issued, you will see “Download CEU Certificate.”
- IF THE EVENT IS NOT IN YOUR REGISTRATION HISTORY: Your credit application has not been processed yet.
We apologize for the inconvenience of having a longer processing time, but unfortunately, all offices dealing with “renewal season” (including MDE) are experiencing the exact same processing dilemma. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
