Dear Mississippi Math Partner,

We are excited to invite you to participate as a vendor at the upcoming Moving Math in Mississippi: Every Student COUNTS Conference 2026, hosted by the Mississippi Department of Education. This event provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) to educators, administrators, and decision-makers committed to strengthening mathematics instruction across our state.

Vendor Expectations

  • Each vendor will be provided a booth space with one 6-foot table and two chairs.
  • Vendors are encouraged to bring promotional materials, product samples, and interactive displays aligned to one or more conference themes:
    • Building Numeracy
    • Empowering Educators through Coaching
    • Building Conceptual Understanding
    • Integrating Technology
    • Collaborative Leadership
  • Please be prepared to engage with attendees and share how your materials support state and district goals for HQIM implementation.

To confirm participation, please submit the form below by March 27, 2026 with your organization information alont with any booth needs (e.g., electrical access).

There is no vendor fee. Setup will be available on June 10 (7:00–8:00 p.m.) or June 11 (7:00–8:30 a.m.). Vendors will be acknowledged in conference materials, and optional sponsorship levels (Bronze–Diamond) are available with increasing recognition and booth placement benefits.
