SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The North Mississippi Education Consortium (NMEC), on behalf of the Mississippi Department of Education’s Office of School Improvement, is seeking proposals for vendors to support personnel in districts with schools identified for improvement. The goal is to provide building level administrators, building level instructional staff/lead teachers, and district level administrators with four (4) concurrent professional learning sessions on practices aligned to Transformational Leadership and Instructional Transformation as related to talent development and culture shift. In addition, the vendor should provide virtual access tools that are aligned to the Four Domains of Rapid School Improvement framework to supplement supports to school teams during the 2025-2026 school year.
The chosen vendor will work with NMEC and MDE to establish a timeline for deliverables as soon as possible in September 2025. Contractual services would include providing professional learning in the form of virtual and hybrid engagements to targeted schools and districts aligned to the MDE school improvement framework (Four Domains of Rapid School Improvement).
TIMEFRAME
These training sessions will occur between September 2025 and January 31, 2026, with the option for renewal or extension, if there is an availability of funds.
BUDGET
The entity should provide a budget for the proposed services/scope of work, not to exceed $262,000.00.
