On behalf of the Mississippi Literacy Association, I want to invite you to participate in our annual conference as a sponsor or an exhibitor. This will be a great time for you to visit with administrators and teachers, as they are determining how to enhance instruction in their classrooms.
We will be using the Whova Event Management App. This app will give you the option to set up a vendor profile, while also being able to interact with all the participants before and after the conference.
Conference attendees will be provided an additional incentive for visiting the Exhibit Area this year. To be eligible for the cash door prize, they must have scan in at each exhibit booth. Additionally, participants will vote on the best booth in the exhibitor’s hall. Our theme this year is:
“Making a Splash with Literacy”
As in the past, we will be accepting sponsors and exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. On Wednesday, December 3rd beginning at 9:00 a.m., we will have Exhibitor Set-Up. The Exhibit Area will open that day at 12:00 p.m.
We invite you to promote your company by sponsoring an event at our 2025 MLA Conference. We would love for your company to participant. Please let complete the form below if you are interested in sponsoring events or simply would like to have an exhibit booth.
