In Module 5, we will explore characteristics of trauma-sensitive schools.
At the end of Module 5, participants will be able to do the following:

- Identify characteristics of trauma-sensitive schools
- Analyze current school culture and determine areas of school culture that are not trauma-sensitive
- Describe how you can intentionally improve the school culture to employ trauma-informed practices to meet the needs of ALL students
To complete Module 5, please do the following:

- Download a copy of the attached Module 5 Handout Packet. Open the packet, and find the Module 5 Anticipation Guide. Complete the “Before Viewing” column.
- Next, watch the Module 5 video below.
- After watching the video, revisit your Module 5 Anticipation Guide, and complete the “After Viewing” column. (30 points)
- Respond to the prompts on the “Reflection and Planning Activity to Transform School Culture” pages. (30 points)
- Submit the entire Module 5 Handout Packet as your Module 5 assignment.
